About the Role

In this full-time, permanent position, you will be overseeing the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and interviewing to client management. You will be expected to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities would include:

• Sourcing potential candidates through various channels.
• Conducting interviews and screening potential candidates.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and understanding their recruitment needs.
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Providing aftercare service to ensure client satisfaction.

Salary Range: £40,600 - £50,750 per hour

This position is a permanent contract offering full-time hours. Although this position requires office-based work, there may be opportunities for remote or home-based work in the future.
