About The Role

As an NHS Community Occupational Therapist, your primary responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing therapy strategies, and evaluating treatment results. You will be working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care and support.

You are expected to provide patient education and advice, develop home modification plans when needed, and maintain accurate patient records. Your role is crucial in helping patients enhance their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments.

Salary: £25 per hour

Key Skills/Qualifications Needed:
