In this role, you will be working closely with our senior management team to set sales strategies, attract new customers and boost our company’s market presence.

Role and Responsibilities

• Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Analyzing trends and results to determine sales potential and inventory requirements.
• Maintaining sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Building strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing client relationships.

Salary Range: £71,050 - £81,200 per hour

Contract Type: This is a permanent full-time role. Although the position is not remote or work from home based, we value flexibility and balance in our team's work schedules.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Proven sales executive experience meeting or exceeding targets
• Prior experience as a sales executive or in other managerial position
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Demonstrable experience in business development and channel management
• Experience in providing market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
