Community Physiotherapist - NHS

About the Role:

As a Community Physiotherapist - NHS, you'll be tasked with visiting patients within their own homes or community settings and providing them with essential physical therapy. You will develop individualized treatment plans, offer advice and support, and monitor patient progress throughout their treatment journey.

• Evaluating patients' physical condition and needs
• Developing personalized treatment plans
• Providing physical therapy techniques
• Maintaining patient records and documenting progress
• Liaising with other healthcare professionals as needed

The salary range for this role is £30 per hour.

Contract Type & Location:

This is a full-time contract position. Although this is not a remote or work-from-home job role, flexible working arrangements may be considered where necessary.

Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A degree in physiotherapy
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
