Pinnacle Group are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to deliver a full office support function providing support in a business focused, consistent and timely way. Your responsibilities will include checking office attendance via the desk booking system, ensuring everyone has signed in and to make sure the office usage reports and fire safety reports are correct.

This is a flexible, part time role working 15 hours a week, Monday - Friday 9am-12pm.

You will be joining our Central team based in Chelmsford. Our Central team plays a crucial role as part of our Central Services teams, providing expert support to Pinnacle’s operating businesses, ensuring they function efficiency while embracing best practice.

Key responsibilities:

  • Open and scan post to relevant recipient, maintaining confidentialityas necessary.
  • Check the kitchen, tidy up from the night beforeif necessary, empty dishwasher.
  • Check the cleaning in the office is of good standard daily, and raise any issues with the Cleaning Manager (cleaning service is provided by an inhouse team)
  • Make sure that the live plant care is being carried out properly. Raise any issues with external supplier.
  • Daily office check to identify, raise and rectify any H&S issues.

Key requirements:

  • Experience of working in a similar administrative role.
  • Ability to provide a common senseapproach to deal with any issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly develop credibility and positive working relationships with management / staff.
  • Ability to manage and plan own workload.
