Project Controls Manager

Our Client has a requirement for a Project Control Manager (PCM), who will be required to work on a contract based in the North Sea.

We are recruiting both Staff and Contract positions.

Role Purpose:

• Establish and direct systems for monitoring and controlling project status, including cost analysis, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Implement project controls procedures for planning and scheduling, reporting, cost control, invoicing, risk and opportunities analysis, and contract administration.
• Organize and maintain integration between scheduling, cost control, and risk management functions to ensure thorough planning and control over time, budget, and scope.
• Manage the setup of the Document Control System and coordinate the implementation of necessary information and application systems.
• Supervise the coordination of interfaces with other groups, including Engineering, Installation, and Administration.
• Maintain the Project Control System during the execution phase; coordinate risk analysis and ensure accurate assessment and updates related to the baseline and control budget.
• Prepare control and monitoring documents to assist the Project Manager in decision-making concerning strategies.
• Produce regular reports as per contract requirements, ensuring timely invoicing and comprehensive supporting documentation.
• Assist the Project Manager and contract administrator during contract changes and claims processes.
• Coordinate Project Control Team Members effectively.

Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

• Experience in EPIC/EPCI Contracts.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 and SAP.
• Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
