Are you an experienced F&B Manager or someone with a strong F&B background looking to transition into finance? This role offers the perfect opportunity to leverage your operational expertise while diving into the world of finance, real estate, and development within a dynamic and growing group.

You'll report to the Finance Manager and work alongside real estate, asset management, and development teams. This newly created role offers a unique blend of hands-on financial responsibilities and cross-departmental exposure, making it ideal for someone passionate, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: €3,000 + gross per month + 8% holiday allowance.
Transportation: €0.21 per km (if driving) or 100% reimbursement for public transport.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Assist with month-end financial statements for hotels and various projects.
Administration: Support day-to-day financial tasks, such as bookkeeping and invoice processing.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with real estate and development teams to understand the group’s broader operations.
Problem-Solving: Engage in finance and development projects with a hands-on, proactive approach.
Learning Opportunity: Be mentored by the Finance Manager to grow your financial expertise.
Data Analysis: Use Excel to provide insights and support team reporting.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in finance, ideally within the hospitality industry or a transferable operational role.
A basic understanding of financial operations with a strong passion for learning more about real estate and development.
Proficiency in Excel.
Fluency in English.
Must be based in or willing to commute to Amsterdam.
