Salary £40,000+
Are you an experienced Manager with a competitive socialising background? My client is looking for a manager to be a part of an exciting new concept opening in London. As an experienced manager you will be responsible for a small team and the daily operations of the venue. This will be a buzzing, high energy site featuring great games in a unique environment. Experience in service led competitive socialising or Experiential leisure venues will help drive teams, understand trends and be on top of your game when it comes the guests experience!

- You have management experience in Competitive socialising or Experiential Leisure
- Experience driving sales growth
- Experience maintaining high standards plus delivering excellent service first time every time.
- Retaining & developing your team into strong, self-efficient managers
- A strong focus on building, motivating & retaining teams of staff and the ability to demonstrated experience in this area.
- Structured/branded experience with Profit & Loss account management
