The Role - Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant
As a Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the History department. You will work alongside experienced teachers to help deliver excellence and providing additional support to help them reach their potential.
- Pay between £500 - £540 per week
- Full-time (Monday - Friday)
- Supporting the delivery of Maths lessons both in the classroom and through one-to-one or small group interventions.
- Helping to motivate and inspire students in a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
- Assisting with classroom management and ensuring students remain focused engaged.
- Providing tailored support for students with additional learning needs or those who require extra support.
- Contributing to the overall development of the English curriculum.
- Also providing support to Sixth form students in their applications to university.
What we’re looking for - Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant
- A Maths Graduate or related subjects with 2:1 or above from top 30 university (matching GCSE’s and A-Levels).
- A strong passion for and education.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- A proactive attitude, with willingness to learn and develop within a high performing school.
