Advanced Practitioner - Child Protection within Social Worker in Leeds UK earning £37 Hourly. This ongoing locum role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced social worker to expand their horizons while earning a competitive salary. You'll be working 37 hours per week from 8.30 am to 5 pm, with flexibility for hybrid working models according to team needs.

What you will do:

• Manage a complex caseload including Child and Family Assessments, Child in Need, Child Protection, and Child Care Proceedings until permanence.
•  Engage effectively with children and families through direct work and child-centred practice, promoting restorative practices and family-led decision-making.
• Demonstrate excellent relational work, organisation skills, and the ability to meet competing demands to maintain practice standards, good quality, and performance.
• Perform high quality analytical assessments and produce outstanding written work.
• Collaborate with a busy but supportive team to promote a culture of learning and skill sharing.
•  Drive and have access to a car to meet the role's demands.
