What you will do:

• Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to cancer patients ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement optimal patient treatment plans.
• Manage and supervise the supply of medicines to patients undergoing cancer treatment.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
• Utilise your knowledge of computer systems to maintain accurate patient records and support clinical decision-making.
• Mentor and support junior staff contributing to their development within cancer services.

Requirements:

• Recent experience of working within Cancer Services is essential.
• Knowledge of relevant computer systems used in cancer care.
• Experience working in the NHS, with at least 2 years of relevant experience required.
• HCPC registration.
• Car driving is preferable for ease of travel between sites.
