What you will do:
- Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to cancer patients ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement optimal patient treatment plans.
- Manage and supervise the supply of medicines to patients undergoing cancer treatment.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Utilise your knowledge of computer systems to maintain accurate patient records and support clinical decision-making.
- Mentor and support junior staff contributing to their development within cancer services.
Requirements:
- Recent experience of working within Cancer Services is essential.
- Knowledge of relevant computer systems used in cancer care.
- Experience working in the NHS, with at least 2 years of relevant experience required.
- HCPC registration.
- Car driving is preferable for ease of travel between sites.
