What you will do:

• Dispense medication and counsel patients professionally and compassionately.
• Offer near patient services across diverse wards, including oncology, ensuring top-notch patient care.
• Maintain and adhere to written standard operating procedures for all tasks unless otherwise authorised.
• Provide supervision and training to pharmacy assistants, student technicians, pre-registration pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians, sharing your wealth of knowledge.
• Rotate through various locations to cover services, offering dynamic work environments and responsibilities.
• Work clinically with minimal supervision at the ward level, honing your autonomous professional skills.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant NHS setting, showcasing your adeptness in pharmacy services.
• A driving licence is preferable to provide cover across multiple locations.
