- Graduated with a 2:1 or higher in Biology/Chemistry/Physics
- Strong academic background through GCSE and A-levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Have a strong passion for education and student development.
Graduate Academic Science Mentor: Job specification
- Deliver tailored learning plans to improve students’ academic performances
- Lead mentoring and tutoring sessions by offering one-to-one and group support sessions for students who may have fallen behind in certain subjects
- Monitor students’ progress and provide feedback to teachers.
