This amazing school has developed a successful programme of engaging graduates as Unqualified teachers with the aim of slowly and carefully guiding you to a salaried teacher training route in the second year.

As a Graduate Unqualified Teacher, you will be a supplementary member of the teaching team and you will be guided by experienced and highly skilled teachers. You will not be dropped into a class on day one with a full timetable. Rather you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your teaching skills alongside your partner teacher and grow into a valued member of the team.

The school hopes to offer you a permanent contract from Easter – to ensure that you are paid throughout the school holidays and can return to qualified teacher training from September 2026.

Russell Group/ Top 30 Universities are preferred
Matching A level and GCSEs are a must
