Primary Teacher

Flourish Education are seeking a Supply Teacher, who is looking for the flexibility of day-to-day or short-term Teaching Assignments in and around the Northfield area.

We work with many schools who need teachers to deliver classes to pupils across the primary age range, from EYFS-KS2. Whether you are an experienced Teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this role gives you the opportunity to work flexibly in schools locally to yourself.

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging cover lessons across
• Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
• Ensure the continuity of learning by following the National Curriculum
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a positive learning environment
• Adapt teaching methods to suit different classes and abilities
• Work in a variety of Primary Schools, gaining diverse teaching experience
• Enjoy the flexibility of Supply Teacher work, fitting around your lifestyle

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
• Experience working as a Class Teacher in Primary Schools
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• Ability to deliver lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
