Are you a passionate Nursery Practitioner looking for your next role? Flourish Education is searching for a qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a wonderful Ofsted-rated "Good" Nursery school in Wolverhampton for 3 days per week until the Summer. This position offers an excellent work-life balance in a supportive and child-focused environment. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will work alongside a dedicated team to provide high-quality early years education to young learners.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering EYFS activities in line with the National Curriculum.

• Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment for nursery-aged children.

• Support the development of essential skills through play-based activities.

• Collaborate with parents and carers to ensure each child's well-being and development.

• Keep accurate records of children's progress and achievements.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (required).

• Previous experience in a UK nursery or primary school (required).

• Knowledge of the National Curriculum and EYFS guidelines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A passion for working with young children and fostering their development.

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay: £85.02 to £98.41 per day, equating to £16,578.90 to £19,189.95 per year (based on a 5-day working week for a full school year).

• Option to be paid via PAYE or Umbrella.

• Holiday pay: 12.07% of your day rate for PAYE candidates, added to your holiday pot.

• Free KCSIE-compliant Safeguarding and Prevent Duty training, including modules on legislation, FGM, and abuse.

Location:

This role is based in Wolverhampton, easily commutable from Albrighton, Codsall, Dudley, Tettenhall, and Park Fields. The school offers on-site parking and is well-connected by public transport.
