What you will do:
- Lead and provide supervision and guidance to social workers within the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT).
- Manage a reduced caseload, allowing you to focus on professional development and leadership.
- Offer expert advice and consultation on complex social care practices to enhance service delivery.
- Act as an AMHP if qualified, or commit to undertaking the necessary training.
- Promote high standards of practice, ensuring positive outcomes for service users.
- Provide leadership in safeguarding both adults and children, championing a proactive approach in risk management.
- Contribute to team decisions, offering a social care perspective during multi-disciplinary team meetings.
- Support the recruitment and development of new social work talent and engage in strategic planning for service improvement.
