What you will do:

• Undertake statutory child in care duties, including Child in Care reviews, Personal Education Plans, and Section 47 enquiries.
• Manage a caseload of unaccompanied asylum-seeking children until they turn 18, ensuring all their requirements are met.
• Organise appointments with immigration solicitors, educational services, and health providers, serving as the essential liaison between the child, foster carers, and housing providers.
• Facilitate the seamless transition to a personal advisor as the child nears their 18th birthday, ensuring all necessary referrals for housing and benefits are submitted.
