KPi Education is working with a range of warm, well-established primary schools across Stoke-on-Trent, all rated ‘GOOD’ to ‘OUTSTANDING’ by Ofsted. We’re looking for passionate Primary School Teachers / ECTs to take on full-time, long-term teaching roles, starting in September 2025.

Job Role: Primary School Teacher / ECT
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Long-term, full-time (no supply cover)
Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that inspire a love of learning.

• Focus on developing children’s literacy, numeracy, and social skills.

• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.

• Assess students' progress and provide tailored support to help them succeed.

• Collaborate with teaching assistants, SEN specialists, and pastoral teams to meet the diverse needs of learners.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS (for ECTs).

• Strong classroom management skills and a passion for child-centered learning.

• Warm, approachable, and patient, with a sound understanding of primary education principles.

Salary & Benefits:

• Main Pay Scale (MPS) – £31,650 (M1) to £43,607 (M6), based on experience.
