KPi Education is partnering with a respected, established secondary school in Wolverhampton who are seeking enthusiastic Science Teachers / ECTs who are eager to take on a long-term, full-time teaching role starting in September 2025.

Position: Science Teacher / ECT
Start Date: September 2025

Contract Type: Long-term, full-time (no supply cover)
Location: Wolverhampton

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, stimulating science lessons that foster a passion for the subject.

• Help students develop a solid understanding of scientific concepts and critical thinking skills.

• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students are encouraged to explore and question.

• Monitor and assess students' progress, providing tailored support to meet individual learning needs.

• Work closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, SEN specialists, and pastoral teams to support all students.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS (for ECTs).

• A strong passion for science with the ability to engage students and inspire them to excel.

• Excellent classroom management skills and a patient, student-centered teaching approach.

• Effective communication skills and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Salary & Benefits:

• Main Pay Scale (MPS) – £31,650 (M1) to £43,607 (M6) depending on experience.
