Cleaning Area Manager, 35k Plus Company Vehicle

My client is seeking a proactive and experienced Cleaning Area Manager to oversee and manage operations across multiple sites. This role involves a hands on approach to leading a team. Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing cleaning teams across multiple sites
• Strong leadership, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Manage and support site supervisors and cleaning staff
• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and health & safety checks
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and address any service issues promptly
