About the Role

• Leadership and Team Development: The successful candidate will support the General Manager in leading and empowering teams of 100-200 members, fostering a culture of growth and development within their support team.
• Commercial and Financial Acumen: They will contribute to revenue growth strategies and cost management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Operational Oversight: Assistance in overseeing the whole venue, sales and marketing efforts will be crucial, with a focus on event management and retail operations.
• High-Volume Environment: The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment serving up to 10,000 covers per week.
• Revenue Management: They will manage operations with annual revenues ranging from £14 - £26 million.
