Flourish Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher for a full-time position at a thriving 2-form entry school in Wolverhampton, starting in September. This role offers the potential to become permanent from the following academic year, making it an excellent opportunity for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and creative lessons tailored to Year 4 students.

Collaborate with teaching assistants to support learning and development.

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students through effective safeguarding practices.

Mark work in line with the school's policies and maintain clear, constructive feedback.

Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the school's overall improvement.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

Experience teaching Year 4 or in a similar Key Stage 2 setting.

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT).

Excellent classroom management and behaviour skills.

A strong commitment to the role and professional development.

A positive reference from a previous employer or school placement.
