About the position
- Led and managed day-to-day sales activity across the venue, driving revenue growth and improving sales efficiency to maximise profitability and guest spend.
- Worked closely with the operations team to ensure brand standards were reflected in all F&B offerings, supporting an exceptional and consistent guest experience.
- Take ownership of key sales KPIs, including conversion rates, pre-booked revenue, and guest feedback scores — with a focus on delivering results and continuous improvement.
- Developed and coached the front-of-house team to drive upselling, booking conversions, and a strong sales culture across the venue.
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 1 year's sales experience in London.
- A solid understanding of the London market
- Demonstrates sales techniques and ability to manage and organise own workloads
- Team player
