Key Stage 1 Teacher

Flourish Education is offering a unique opportunity for a Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our team as a Supply Teacher, providing day-to-day cover in local schools around Great Barr. The responsibilities of this Key Stage 1 Teacher Role

• Deliver pre-planned, engaging and effective lessons to children across Key Stage 1.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Mark and assess students’ work as required.
• Collaborate with other Class Teachers and staff to support student progress.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum and teaching methods.

Required Skills and Experience

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Previous experience as a Key Stage 1 Teacher.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• Experience working as a Class Teacher in a Primary School setting.
• Ability to work flexibly as a Supply Teacher.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
