Supply Teacher

We are looking for a Supply Teacher to Join our team to work in Primary Schools across Acocks Green on a day-to day basis. Working as a Supply Teacher for Flourish allows you to work flexibly, when you want in the roles that you want, supporting a work life balance.

We work with schools that are easily accessible via public transport and have onsite parking for people who drive.

You will be delivering pre-planned lessons to classes across the Primary age range, in addition to marking. You will be managing behaviour of the pupils in your class, as well as supporting a positive learning environment for the pupils.

This Supply Teacher role would be good for an ECT, who is looking to gain additional experience.

For this Supply Teacher role, you will:

• Hold a relevant teaching qualification (QTS- Qualified Teaching Status)
• Experience working in either EYFS, KS1 or KS2 in schools in the UK.
• ECTs (Early Career Teachers) are encouraged to apply.
• Effective behaviour management
• A strong school reference from your recent employer

As a Supply Teacher, you will be offered day-to-day supply in various primary schools around Acocks Green and the surrounding areas including Hall Green, Tyseley, Olton, Shirley, Billesley, Springfield, Yardley Wood and Druids Heath. The primary schools that we work with all have excellent transport links and most offer onsite parking.
