Pinnacle Group is seeking a Communal Cleaner - to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene of an Extra Care Housing Scheme. You will be joining our Facilities Management Team based in Staincliffe Dewsbury WF13
Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents & visitors. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence.
We are offering x 2 positions of x 16 hrs per week working a choice of shift patterns with weekly pay
- Role 1 Monday to Thursday 9am – 12.15pm Friday 9am – 12 noon
- Role 2 Monday to Thursday 1pm – 4.15pm Friday 1pm – 4pm

Key responsibilities will include:
- Vacuuming carpeted areas including barrier matting
- Cleaning in communal areas (stairs & Landings) also office spaces
- Cleaning toilet facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
- To clean and sanitise touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces including windows within easy reach
- Deep & Clinical cleaning as required
Key requirements:
- Good knowledge and experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment including COSHH and Health and Safety
- Good timekeeping and attendance are important
- Ability to work to laid down schedules.
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
- Please Note: As this role will involve working in Extra Care Facilities, confirmation of appointment will be subject to completion of a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
