Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit a dedicated Technical Support Officer to ensure that compliance and citical building safety checks re carried out in a timely manner and logged appropriately. The role will involve carrying out weekly and monthly testing and Inspection on a range of Fire safety systems including Fire alarm systems, AOVs and sprinkler systems, Firemans lifts and Dry Risers.
This is a full time role working Monday - Friday 8am-4.30pm and will involve travel between portfolios across South East London, Essex, Bromley, Bexleyheath, Dartford, Kent and Greenhithe.
You will be joining our Residential Property Management team. The Residential Property Management team oversees large, complex residential developments on behalf Institutional Investors, Developers and Residents’ Management Companies, providing comprehensive leasehold and block management services.

Key responsibilities:
- Carry out Quarterly and annual Fire Door Inspections.
- Keep secure records of all testing and inspections physically and digitally.
- Report on any faults and/or H&S issues that you come across on site.
- To assist specialist contractors with access and site specific knowledge when carrying out servicing.
- To participate in the annual review of fire risk assessments as and when required.
Key Requirements:
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, verbal and written
- God time-keeping and observation skills
- Ability to learn systems quickly and to follow instructionsMS Office and computer literate
- Recording and administration skills - ability to record what work has been done
- Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
