Geography Teacher

Job Role:
As a Geography Teacher, you will:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Geography lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) in line with the National Curriculum.
• Manage full classroom responsibilities, including marking and assessment.
• Inspire and motivate pupils to achieve academic and personal excellence.
• Maintain excellent behaviour management in line with the school's policies.
• Collaborate with staff to contribute to the school’s positive and supportive culture.

Required Skills and Experience:
To excel as a Geography Teacher, you will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Excellent subject knowledge of Geography and the ability to teach up to Key Stage 4.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A passion for education and inspiring young minds in a Secondary School setting.

Working as a Geography Teacher for Flourish Education offers:

• £130 - £220 per day, equating to £25,350 to £42,900 per annum based on a full school year.
• The choice of PAYE or Umbrella payroll options.
• 12.07% holiday pay accrued for PAYE candidates.
