KPI Education is partnering with a vibrant primary school in Birmingham to find a motivated Graduate Primary Classroom Assistant. This is a great opportunity for graduates seeking hands-on experience in education while making a positive impact on young learners. You’ll support children academically and personally, gaining valuable experience for a future in teaching or child development.

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Primary Classroom Assistant to join a vibrant primary school. Ideal candidates will have:

• A degree (preferably 2:1 or above) and a passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
• Experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, volunteering, childcare)
• A strong desire for professional development and a willingness to embrace training opportunities
• Ability to assist teachers with delivering lessons across KS1 & KS2 (ages 5-11)
• Skills in supporting students’ social, emotional, and mental health needs, including SEN (autism, learning difficulties, EAL)
• Experience collaborating with professionals (e.g., educational psychologists, speech & language therapists, CAMHS)
• Contribution to classroom prep, displays, and creative learning tasks
• A commitment to gaining experience working alongside educators, preparing for a future teaching career
