We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant to support the learning and development of primary school students in Dudley. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, particularly those with a background in Psychology, Linguistics or Core Subjects, who are passionate about working with children and considering a career in education or therapy. As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate with qualified teachers to help foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for young students. This role is an excellent way to gain experience in supporting students' social, emotional and academic development, and it offers a strong foundation for those interested in therapy work, including school-based therapy or further qualifications in educational psychology, speech therapy or child psychology. Applicants with a Psychology or Linguistics degree will find their knowledge of child development, communication, and behaviour particularly useful in this role, although core subject degrees are also welcome. While prior experience working with children is beneficial, it is not required.
