Pinnacle Group are looking for a skilled Shared Ownership Coordinator to support the Shared Ownership Manager to provide an effective and efficient customer focused service to our shared ownership customers. The role will include service delivery to our clients relating to rent/service charge account management, resales and staircasing administration.
You will be joining our Affordable Housing team. The Affordable Housing team operates a large mixed portfolio of new and existing Affordable homes nationwide comprising Affordable and Social Rent, Shared Ownership and Supported homes.
This is a fully remote role with the option to attend the office. The working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm.

Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with general enquiries from shared owners
- Managing requests for staircasing & resales
- Checking S106s and leases
- Answering legal enquiries and liaising with solicitors
- Rent increase reviews and recording data
Key requirements:
- Experienced in leasehold enquiries & management.
- Provide high levels of customer service.
- Administration experience.
