Geography Teacher

Flourish Education are currently recruiting for a Geography Teacher to join a GOOD-rated Secondary School in West Bromwich. This is a full-time role, starting immediately and continuing until July, where you will be teaching Geography up to Key Stage 4 (KS4). This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Secondary Teacher to work in a well-established school with a strong support network and excellent resources.

The Role:

• Full-time Geography Teacher role, teaching Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).
• Planning, marking, and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Creating a positive learning environment with excellent behaviour management strategies.
• Supporting students of varying abilities to achieve their best outcomes.
• Attending departmental meetings and contributing to curriculum development.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Experience teaching Geography in a Secondary School setting.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for Geography at KS3 and KS4.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A passion for inspiring and motivating students.
