Teaching Assistant

Are you an experienced General Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting Key Stage 1 pupils?

We are seeking a dedicated TA to join a thriving OFSTED-rated Good Primary School in Stratford-upon-Avon in their Year 1 team. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in KS1, looking to make a real impact on children's learning and development. If you hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification and have worked in a UK school setting, we’d love to hear from you!

This role is due to start immediately and carry on until the end of the academic year.

Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant role:

• Minimum Level 2 Qualification
• UK school experience
• Ability to liaise with the class teacher, SENDCO, and other agencies to meet the needs of the pupils.
• Build effective relationships with pupils and staff.
• Experience supporting children with SEN.
• Experience within primary schools especially KS1.
• Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children.
• Deliver interventions
