This is an exciting time at this schools as you will be guiding year 6 students through their SATs and transition into secondary school.

This role is due to start after the Easter break and continue until 2026.

Job Role:
As a Year 6 Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• Take full class teacher responsibilities, including planning, marking, and assessments.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment with excellent behaviour management.
• Work closely with colleagues to support pupils' progress and development.
• Maintain strong communication with parents and carers.
• Supporting Year 6 through their SATs

Required Skills and Experience For this Year 6 teacher Role:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience as a Primary Teacher or Class Teacher.
• Solid knowledge of the National Curriculum, especially Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• Excellent behaviour management skills.
• A passion for fostering pupil engagement and achievement.
• Experience with Year 6 SATs
