What you will do:
- Handle a complex caseload, performing social care and risk assessments.
- Facilitate group activities and contribute to ICR meetings, aiding service users in formulating viable future plans.
- Report to the Safeguarding Lead, conduct internal investigations, and communicate with home authorities.
- Complete annual social care reassessments within the CPA format.
- Facilitate access to welfare rights, housing, advocacy, and associated services.
- Educate hospital staff on relevant safeguarding issues.
- Participate actively in supervision sessions.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Social Work England registration.
- A Social Work degree.
- Completion of the ASYE programme.
- At least 2 years of post-qualifying experience.
- Previous experience in similar environments.
