What you will do:

• Work collaboratively with the medical team to optimise medicine management for patients
• Oversee the safe and effective dispensing of medications
• Provide expert guidance on medication use, ensuring best practices are followed
• Review and improve medicine management processes for a superior patient experience
• Engage in patient consultations to deliver tailored pharmaceutical care
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate medication records
• Support and mentor junior pharmacy staff, sharing your expertise and knowledge

Requirements:

• Must be a registered Pharmacist – Band 7 with a certificate or diploma in Medicine Management
• Minimum of 2 years NHS experience
• Preferably a car driver, to easily access various healthcare sites in Watford
