We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Graduate to join an top “Good” school in Abington, Northamptonshire as a Graduate English Teaching Assistant, 

Taking an unorthodox approach to the classroom, You will be teaching kids from all walks of life and must be adaptable in your approach and be able to tailor to certain students.

Responsibilities of a Graduate English Teaching Assistant

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Deliver FUN and interesting lessons with an emphasis on engagement
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices.
• Focus on improving student attainment and the overall quality of learning.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic performance and any concerns.

Skills -  Graduate English Teaching Assistant

• Strong knowledge of English literature, grammar, and composition.
• A English graduate with a 2:1 or higher from a top 30 university.
• Ability to engage students with diverse backgrounds and learning needs.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in lesson planning and assessment.
• Proficiency in using educational technology to enhance learning experiences.
