Graduate Teaching Assistant – Candidate Specification
- 2:1 or higher degree in a core subject such as English, Maths, Science, Humanities, or a related discipline.
- Strong academic background with a desire to support GCSE and A-Level students.
- A confident, proactive, and engaging personality with excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in mentoring, tutoring, or working with young people is advantageous but not essential.

Graduate Teaching Assistant – Job Specification
- Full-time, long-term Graduate Teaching Assistant role
- Competitive earnings of up to £520 per week.
- Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide classroom support.
- Assist students in small-group and one-to-one sessions, helping to boost academic progress.
- Support pupils in GCSE and A-Level preparation, reinforcing key concepts and exam techniques.
