About the Role: Early Career Teacher (ECT)

We are seeking passionate and motivated ECTs to join primary and secondary schools in Loughborough. These full-time, long-term roles offer you the opportunity to enhance your teaching skills while making a lasting impact on students’ development. As you progress in your career, you’ll receive the guidance and support needed to flourish in the classroom.

• Full-time, long-term positions starting in September 2025.
• Primary and Secondary teaching roles available.
• We are particularly interested in ECTs with specialisms in Maths, English, Science, Humanities, Languages, SEN, and STEM.
• Roles available in both mainstream and SEN schools.
• Permanent or fixed-term contracts available.
• A dedicated consultant will provide ongoing support and advice throughout your career journey.
• Salary: Starting from £31,000 per year (Main Pay Scale 1).

What We’re Looking For: Early Career Teachers

• Completed Teacher Training: You’re an ECT who has completed teacher training through University, Teach First, or School Direct and are eager to begin your career.
• Specialist Subject Teachers: We are particularly looking for ECTs with specialisms in Maths, English, Science, Humanities, Languages, SEN, or STEM.
• Adaptable and Resilient: You can adapt your teaching to meet the needs of individual students and are capable of implementing effective behaviour management strategies.
• Dedicated Educators: You’re passionate about providing an engaging and inclusive learning experience for all students.
