Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with various SEN (e.g., dyslexia, ADHD, autism)

• Assist in lesson delivery and classroom activities

• Implement strategies to aid literacy, numeracy, and social development

• Foster self-esteem and personal growth in students

• Collaborate with staff to ensure students receive appropriate support

What We’re Looking For:

• A 2:1 degree or higher in a relevant subject (e.g., Psychology, Education, Sociology)

• Passion for working with SEN students

• Strong communication skills

• Experience in SEN or education is advantageous but not essential

• Patience, empathy, and flexibility

• Team player with a collaborative approach

• Problem-solving skills to meet students' individual needs
