Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to primary school students with a variety of SEN (e.g., dyslexia, ADHD, autism, learning difficulties)

  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities designed to meet the needs of SEN students

  • Implement strategies to support students with literacy, numeracy, and social skills development

  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student confidence and personal growth

  • Collaborate closely with teachers and other staff to ensure students receive the support and resources they need

What We’re Looking For:

  • A 2:1 degree or higher in a relevant field such as Psychology, Education, or Sociology

  • A genuine passion for working with primary school students who have SEN

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous experience in SEN or education is an advantage but not required

  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to individual student needs

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

  • Problem-solving mindset to tailor support to meet the unique needs of students
