KPi Education are working closely with a range of welcoming, well-established primary schools across Dudley, all rated from ‘GOOD’ to ‘OUTSTANDING’ by Ofsted. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for Primary School Teacher / ECT positions, ready to take on a full-time, long-term teaching role starting in September 2025.

Job Role: Primary School Teacher / ECT

• Start Date: September 2025

• Contract Type: Long-term, full-time (no supply cover)

• Location: Dudley

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging, interactive lessons to inspire students.

• Focus on early development in literacy, numeracy, and social skills.

• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

• Assess student progress and provide support to ensure each child thrives.

• Work closely with teaching assistants, SEN specialists, and pastoral teams to support diverse learning needs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS (for ECTs).

• Strong classroom management, excellent communication, and a passion for child-centered learning.

• Warm, nurturing, and patient with a strong understanding of primary education principles.

Salary & Benefits:

• Main Pay Scale (MPS) – £31,650 (M1) to £43,607 (M6) depending on experience.

• ECT mentoring, CPD opportunities, career progression, and potential leadership roles.
