KPi Education is collaborating with a number of respected, established secondary schools across Wolverhampton, all rated from ‘GOOD’ to ‘OUTSTANDING’ by Ofsted. We are looking for passionate English Teachers / ECTs who are eager to take on a long-term, full-time teaching role beginning in September 2025.

Position: English Teacher / ECT
Start Date: September 2025

Contract Type: Long-term, full-time (no supply cover)

Location: Wolverhampton

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and stimulating lessons that foster a love for literature and language.

• Help students develop essential skills in reading, writing, and critical thinking.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to explore new ideas.

• Monitor and assess students' progress, offering support tailored to their individual needs.

• Collaborate with other teachers, teaching assistants, SEN specialists, and pastoral teams to ensure all students are supported.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS (for ECTs).

• A deep passion for English, with the ability to engage students and nurture their love for the subject.

• Strong classroom management skills and a positive, patient teaching approach.

• Excellent communication and a student-centered mindset.

Salary & Benefits:

• Main Pay Scale (MPS) – £31,650 (M1) to £43,607 (M6) depending on experience.
