KPi Education is excited to collaborate with a range of high-performing secondary schools in Stoke-on-Trent, all rated ‘GOOD’ to ‘OUTSTANDING’ by Ofsted. We’re seeking motivated Maths Teachers and ECTs who are prepared to step into a full-time, long-term role for the September 2025 academic year.

Role: Maths Teacher / ECT
Start Date: September 2025

Contract Type: Full-time, long-term (no supply cover)

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver creative and engaging Maths lessons that challenge students and foster a passion for the subject.

• Help students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills in Maths.

• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that empowers students to achieve their best.

• Track student progress, assess learning outcomes, and offer targeted support where needed.

• Work in collaboration with other teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff to ensure every student thrives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS (for ECTs).

• A genuine passion for Mathematics and the ability to inspire students.

• Strong classroom management and an ability to adapt to diverse learning needs.

• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to fostering both academic and personal growth in students.

Salary & Benefits:

• Main Pay Scale (MPS) – £31,650 (M1) to £43,607 (M6) depending on experience.
