Send Teaching Assistant

Flourish Education are recruiting a flexible and hardworking SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team, to work in a variety of Primary schools on a day-to-day supply basis around the Warwickshire area.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, working with Flourish will give you the opportunity to work the days that you want and at schools you want to work in. Working at Flourish will give you great flexibility and a better work/life balance.

You will be expected to work closely with the Class Teacher, conduct small group work and build trusting relationships with the pupils. Especially supporting children with SEN such as Autism, ADHD, Complex Needs and more.

Required Skills and Experience for this SEND Teaching Assistant role:

• Minimum Level 2 Qualification
• UK school experience
• Ability to liaise with the class teachers
• Build effective relationships with pupils and staff.
• Experience supporting children with SEN.
• Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children

Working as a SEND Teaching Assistant for Flourish Education you will receive excellent benefits including:

• A competitive salary of £85-£95 per day which equates to £16,578.9 - £18,525 based on working 5 day a week for the full school year.
