This role involves delivering strategic professional leadership to a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team at a highly respected service.Key Responsibilities: Ensure the development and delivery of high-quality, evidence-based neuropsychological rehabilitation practice.Conduct specialist psychological assessments of service users using a range of methods including psychological and neuropsychological tests, self-report scales, structured observations, and interviews.Develop and implement specialist psychological treatment plans for mental health and adjustment difficulties, grounded in a multi-factorial psychological understanding and best practice.Provide expert psychological advice for multidisciplinary formulation of therapeutic approaches or intervention plans, and oversee their implementation.Conduct psychologically based risk assessments and manage risks for relevant service users while advising team members accordingly.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings focused on clinical service delivery and development.Support Service Managers/Regional Managers in managing the service and provide reports to the Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist. About You:Essential Qualifications and Skills: A doctorate in clinical psychology (or equivalent) accredited by the BPS.Proficiency in gathering, analysing, and interpreting complex multi-factorial clinical information, and formulating effective team directions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle complex and sensitive issues.Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise workloads, and experience with administering and interpreting psychometric tests.Proven track record in conducting clinical research or audit.Experience in neurorehabilitation, an interest in neuropsychology, and a drive to advance service excellence.
