If you're passionate about supporting student learning and classroom management, this could be the ideal opportunity for you!Job Role: Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects as set out by the class teacher.Supervise students in Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), ensuring a productive learning environment.Manage classroom behaviour and encourage students to engage with the tasks at hand.Assist with general administrative tasks, such as marking and setting up learning materials as required.Be a positive presence in the classroom, maintaining the school's high standards of behaviour. Required Skills and Experience: Level 3 qualification or equivalent. (Degree is desirable)Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to deliver lessons across multiple subjects.Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, Supply Teacher, or in a similar role.Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.A passion for supporting students' academic growth in a Secondary School setting.Familiarity with the National Curriculum and Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) content.
