This role involves rotating between different specialties every 6 to 12 months, ensuring a dynamic and comprehensive professional experience.Key Responsibilities:Clinical Pharmacy Services: Deliver clinical pharmacy services to wards and departments, rotating through specialties in alignment with organisational objectives.Exercise professional supervision over dispensing activities for inpatients, outpatients, and aseptically-prepared medicines.Perform clinical checks on prescriptions to ensure appropriateness, effectiveness, and compliance with medicines legislation.Provide dispensing and final checking services, ensuring adherence to the Medicines Management Policy and other relevant guidelines.
