As an experienced Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are fully operational and meet compliance standards. This includes planning, overseeing, and managing the maintenance, repair, and daily operation of the building, grounds, equipment, and utilities. Additionally, you will serve as an advisor to the owners and work closely with the Health & Safety Manager to maintain a safe and secure environment for all employees. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for: Overseeing building, equipment, and grounds maintenance.Managing contractors and perform tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC maintenance, and more.Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, working closely with relevant teams.Playing a key role in keeping facilities running smoothly, supporting their ability to deliver top-notch services. The Maintenance Technician will have: A trade-based qualification or relevant expertise.Strong Health & Safety awareness, with knowledge of regulations like LOLER, PUWER, and COSHH.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to provide maintenance cover outside of normal hours when needed.
